We moved from Florida and my son already had braces on, he had an emergency where his braces snapped and the wire dug into his gums. "I don’t often write reviews, but Paschal Orthodontics deserves one from the heart. I first became a patient when I was 11 years old and had braces with them through my teenage years, and now (a decade later) I’m back as an adult for Invisalign! I’m traveling from my Miami to Georgia to continue my care here. That alone says everything.Jep and Michelle Paschal have created something truly special. "It took months for me to finally commit to aligners for 12-14 months. Best decision I could have made! I am so happy with my results in only 11 and 1/2 months! It is a commitment but you get used to them quickly. They don’t hurt and aren’t overly time consuming to deal with. If you’re considering aligners, do it! It’s a great investment in yourself and the Paschal team is so incredible! They are truly there for you…so friendly, super responsive and supportive. They explain everything for you and their technology is state of the art. Literally, all you have to do is wear the aligners and take a quick scan of your mouth each week. No frequent appointments, no hassles. They take care of the rest. Plus the app is loaded with helpful info and a great video to see your progress. I also have a 2 year old so the quick appointments and the kid friendly waiting room is a plus!!!! We have the ability to text the staff for any questions or if we have any issues with the braces. He has broke a bracket and was able to come in and have it fixed within 30 minutes of contacting them to make sure he was not in any discomfort."

"Paschal Orthodontics in Madison is one of the most well run offices I have ever had the pleasure of working with…I am in healthcare marketing and have seen it all! From the minute you open the door to walk in you are greeted by name and with a smile. The refreshment area is a favorite of my boys and usually the first stop for hot chocolate in the winter or an ice cold drink in the summer. A quick stop off to brush their teeth and they are usually back in the chair in no time. Everything is always explained so well to both parent and child and they are always happy to answer any questions we have. I have never felt rushed in any way. I LOVE the sliding scale visual when looking at cost before committing to anything. I’ve never felt pressured in any way and always feel like we just went to visit a bunch of friends with a special interest in my children’s teeth…and Miranda is absolutely amazing and what she does. "If you are looking for a great Orthodontist Dr. Paschal and his team are amazing! They have an office in Madison and in Lake Oconee. On Friday's their office is closed. I didnt know this until today. I called this morning and happened to reach the office manager that was their doing paperwork until noon. "Our daughter, Mary Kate, got her braces September 2013. From the very first day we stepped foot into Paschal Orthodontics everyone and everything about that office was amazing. Mary Kate had anxiety about her visits for the first few months. But the wonderful staff worked with her each visit to make her comfortable and eased her into it slowly. Lindy and Dr Paschal were especially wonderful with showing her that everything was ok. She made a complete turnaround and pretty much changed overnight and had no more anxiety.
