We moved from Florida and my son already had braces on, he had an emergency where his braces snapped and the wire dug into his gums. Paschal accepted him immediately and helped us at no cost, we knew then that we would come back and do the rest of my son’s treatment with them. "I don’t often write reviews, but Paschal Orthodontics deserves one from the heart. I first became a patient when I was 11 years old and had braces with them through my teenage years, and now (a decade later) I’m back as an adult for Invisalign! "We love Paschel Orthodontist!!! We are always in and out so fast. My favorite part is the virtual scans allowing my son to miss minimal school and watching the progress video from the scans. I also have a 2 year old so the quick appointments and the kid friendly waiting room is a plus!!!! We have the ability to text the staff for any questions or if we have any issues with the braces. He has broke a bracket and was able to come in and have it fixed within 30 minutes of contacting them to make sure he was not in any discomfort."

"Paschal Orthodontics in Madison is one of the most well run offices I have ever had the pleasure of working with…I am in healthcare marketing and have seen it all! From the minute you open the door to walk in you are greeted by name and with a smile. The refreshment area is a favorite of my boys and usually the first stop for hot chocolate in the winter or an ice cold drink in the summer. A quick stop off to brush their teeth and they are usually back in the chair in no time. Everything is always explained so well to both parent and child and they are always happy to answer any questions we have. I have never felt rushed in any way. I LOVE the sliding scale visual when looking at cost before committing to anything. I’ve never felt pressured in any way and always feel like we just went to visit a bunch of friends with a special interest in my children’s teeth…and Miranda is absolutely amazing and what she does. I don’t think I have ever seen her without a smile. Genuine smiles from employees is always a good sign your in the right place. Keep up the good work!! 😁🦷"

They are always very welcoming, great customer service and they are always on top of things when we have any issue. We just completed treatment on our oldest and we have 3 more that will see them in the future. Their Madison office is always clean and tidy, they have massage chairs and a tv in the waiting room, they have waters coffee, and kids drinks on hand at all times. They are always giving away magnets, chapstick, and stickers. Around Mother’s Day they had gifts for the moms that had to bring their kids in for appointments. They also have a reading section for the smaller kids. I wish I could give them a 10 star review because that just how great they are."

"We were lucky enough to find Paschal Orthodontics 7 years ago and from my very first interaction with them over the phone I knew we had found a provider that actually cares about their patients. This team has taken care of my oldest daughter and we had a great experience.
